Steps

1. Cast any instant or sorcery spell by paying its mana cost.
2. Holding priority, cast Reiterate by paying , targeting the spell.
3. Thousand-Year Storm triggers, copying Reiterate at least once, targeting the original Reiterate.
4. Resolve the first copy of Reiterate, copying Reiterate targeting the original Reiterate.
5. Repeat step 4.
