Steps

1. Play any land from your hand.
2. When the land enters the battlefield, Springheart Nantuko, Tireless Provisioner and Nissa trigger.
3. Resolve the Nissa trigger, adding .
4. Resolve the Tireless Provisioner trigger, creating a Treasure token.
5. Holding priority, activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
6. Resolve the Springheart Nantuko trigger, causing you to pay to create a token copy of Dryad Arbor.
7. When the Dryad Arbor token enters the battlefield, Springheart Nantuko, Tireless Provisioner and Nissa trigger.
8. Repeat from step 3.
