Official rulings
2 rulings · in English, source ScryfallThe set of artifacts affected by Ghirapur’s first ability is determined as the ability resolves. Artifacts you begin to control later in the turn and nonartifact permanents that become artifacts later in the turn won’t become Vehicles.
2023-04-14 · Wizards of the CoastThe affected artifacts retain any other card types, subtypes, and abilities they had.
